LuxSci will be performing rolling reboots on a subset of customer servers so that critical operating system updates can take effect. This maintenance is targeted and does not apply to all LuxSci customers, only to selected shared email, web, and dedicated email and web servers.
Customers whose services are hosted on the affected servers can expect approximately 5–10 minutes of downtime for each impacted service sometime during the maintenance window. While the maintenance window spans several days, we plan to perform the majority of the updates during evenings and over the weekend to minimize disruption.
All other customer servers will continue to operate normally and will not be rebooted as part of this specific maintenance.
As always, should any unexpected issue arise, LuxSci staff will be monitoring the environment and will be available to address it promptly.
