During this maintenance window, LuxSci will be resizing shared Business-Class server "rs405," doubling the amount of RAM available to it to improve performance. At some point during the window, the server will be powered down and resized. We expect 30-45 minutes of down time for users of this server during this step. This downtime will affect access to email and the ability to send email. It will not affect other services like web and database hosting, SecureForm, WebMail (other than email), etc.
Users affected use email hostnames like "email405.luxsci.com," "smtp-405.luxsci.com," and "secure-email-405.luxsci.com". Please contact LuxSci if you are unsure if you are affected and would like more information.
