LuxSci will be performing maintenance on the shared enterprise-class server: "". During the migration window, the customers and data on this server will be migrated to a new machine: "". The migration is taking place to increase the memory and CPU resources available.  In the past few days, there has been a marked increase in server resource usage and that has caused some slow downs in service to affected customers. We are migrating everyone off this server to a larger and easily scalable one to mitigate this issue as quickly as possible.

Customers affected are those using email server host names containing the number "403". I.e.,,,, etc. 

During the maintenance window, email services affected users will be suspended for 15-45 minutes as LuxSci (a) synchronizes the disk arrays from one server to another and updates the IP address of your services to point to the new server.  The IP address of your email host names will be changing to  Other than this downtime, there will be no other impact of the maintenance: Usernames, passwords, email access hostnames, etc. will all be the same once the migration is complete.
