LuxSci will be migrating one shared email server to a new machine on Friday, January 11th, between 9pm and 11:59pm Eastern Time, USA. During this migration window there will be a period of 15-45 minutes when the email for affected users will be unavailable as data is synchronized and DNS changes propagate. Inbound email to affected users during this down time will be queued and delivered after the migration is complete.
Affected users are those that use business class shared email server rs405. Your email server hostname looks like: email405.luxsci.com, secure-email-405.luxsci.com, smtp-405.luxsci.com, etc. If you are unsure if this maintenance window applies to you, please contact LuxSci support.
