Our operations team has diagnosed the issue with shared webmail. A solution was put in place and the shared webmail servers that were affected should be fully operational now.

We are experiencing an ongoing issue with a subset of our webmail servers. This issue is causing connectivity issues for some users on the affected webmail server. We will update this status once we have more information.
