During this maintenance window, LuxSci will be upgrading two central database servers to newer versions of MariaDB. This upgrade will be disruptive, as the databases will need to be restarted; however, the expected downtime is only on the order of 5-10 seconds per database.

We have performed this same upgrade hundreds of times this month on other servers and did not experience any problems. However, LuxSci senior operations staff will be standing by in case there is an unexpected issue.
