During this 2-hours maintenance window, LuxSci will be migrating its shared WebMail servers to newer, more powerful, and more geographically distributed high availability servers. We will also be migrating a couple of LuxSci's central database servers to newer and more powerful machines.
We expect about 15-60 minutes of downtime for selected services during this maintenance window as these changes roll through our network and as data is properly synchronized and validated.
Affected services include:
* WebMail, WebAides, Reporting, and other aspects of LuxSci's member's web site * Access to SecureLine Escrow and SecureSend portals * SecureForm * API Access * MobileSync Exchange ActiveSync access to WebAides * Processing of outbound email sent via SMTP will be delayed
This maintenance will NOT affect:
* Email sending via SMTP, Secure Connector, Secure High Volume, Secure Marketing (email sending will work, though there will be a delay in processing these messages). * Email access via IMAP and POP * Web site hosting * Database hosting * Email Archival * Premium Email Filtering * Inbound email processing and delivery * DNS and domain registration services * VPN services
Customer-dedicated disaster-recovery PODs of servers will not be affected by this maintenance.
